Tim  has been with Thomas E. Sears, Inc. since 1978.  He graduated in 1981 from Northeastern University ’s College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in management.  Tim has overall responsibility for the firm’s information technology and systems strategic infrastructure. Tim also oversees the firm’s quality management program and operations.
