Michele joined Thomas E. Sears, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President in 1994and manages Human Resources and Administration for the firm and all of its affiliated organizations. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Communications in 1988, earned her Human Resources Certificate at Bentley College in 1991, and a Masters Degree in Business at Leslie University in 1999. Michele is also a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
